Anti-Trail Bill Defeated in Legislative Committee

January 30, 2024: In a win for the Casco Bay Trail, the Joint Standing Committee on Transportation of the Maine Legislature defeated LD 1750, an anti-trail bill that would have delayed approval of the Casco Bay Trail route from Portland to Auburn. More than 350 trail supporters provided written testimony in support of trail!

Freeport Votes Unanimously in Support of CBT
